A. 5100 S. Main Ave in Springfield Missouri 65810 -Main Avenue is a brand new street and is not yet on Mapquest.
We are just past the Library Center off of Campbell Ave. You can actually see our community from James River Expressway. If you take James River Expressway/Hwy 60 to Campbell Ave exit, travel South on Campbell Ave. past the new Sams club they are building to Weaver Road. Turn West/Right on Weaver Road(FR 178) then 1/8 mile to Main Ave. Turn South/Left onto Main Ave, Clubhouse is at the back of the property.

A. Our office hours are 9:00 am-6 :00 p.m .Monday-Friday
10:00-2:00p.m. on Saturdays
We have onsite leasing professionals so if our office hours don't fit with your schedule, just let us know and will make an appointment to show you that works with your schedule.
Q. What is included in the price of rent?
A. We include Water/Sewer/Trash/Maintenance/High Speed Internet/Expanded Cable-all you have to worry about is your electric bill and home phone if you want it.
Q. What type of apartments do you offer?
A. We offer 1-2-and 3 bedroom apartment homes.
Q. Are we pet friendly?
A. Yes we are with certain restrictions.
Q. Do you have any move in specials?
A. We do offer some specials at certain times, they do expire and you will want to make your decision in order to take advantage of whatever our special is at that time.
Q. Is it a safe community?
A. Yes we offer overnight Security Patrol for our residents and all doors have dead bolt locks.
Q. Do you have a pool and when will it open?
A. We do have a Resort Style Heated pool that is open now!!!
