Application Fees

$30 per applicant .  Any prospective resident to be an occupant must complete an application.  Married couples may fill out one application.

Security Deposit Fees

    One Bedroom - $200*
    Two Bedroom - $300*
    Three Bedroom - $400*

    *$150 Admin Fee will be withheld from deposits for cleaning and re-preparation costs and $200 for 3 bedrooms

Pet Deposit Fee

A one-time pet fee of $300 is required and $25 per pet per month pet rent. No animals over 25 pounds will be accepted. Maximum of two pets per apartment home. Breeds that may be prone to aggressive behavior are not allowed at Weaver Creek. Please ask if clarification is needed. We will require a "Pet Interview" as well as a photograph of your pet at move in. 

Lease Terms

    3 month lease or less– add $100 to lease amount per month
    6 month lease                  add $50 to lease amount per month
