- Business Center – Feel free to use our fax machine to send or receive faxes and/or our copier to make the copies you need. Also a computer with Windows XP and high-speed Internet access is in the clubhouse for you to use.
- Postal Services – need stamps, packaging, package delivery or pick up? Save that trip to the post office. We have a postage meter. Stop by the office with your envelope to purchase your postage.
- Tool Time – from hammers to wrenches, our Resident Service Team has the tools everyone needs from time to time. Give us a call and we’ll deliver what you need.
- Unlock Service – if you lock yourself out of your home, our Resident Service Team would be happy to let you in. Ask team member about our after hours lockout policy. (fees apply)
- Car Jumpers – Having one of those days? We have a power jumpstart machine with air compressor to get your car’s juices flowing again or pump up those under-inflated tires.
- Coffee & Snack Bar - Need a little "pick me up?" Our clubhouse coffee bar is open all day, every day. Choose from our regular and flavored coffees and an assortment of flavored creamers, hot tea, lemonade, fresh popcorn and delicious Otis Spunkmeyer cookies.
- Touchup Paint - A few scratches and marks on your walls that need a little paint? No problem. We'll give you a small can of touch-up paint to do it yourself. That way, you'll have your "nicks and dings" covered.
- Gift Wrapping - You're ready for the big event, but oops, forgot to wrap the gift. No problem. Visit the gift wrapping center in our Resident Service Center and no worries.
- Dinner is Served – No matter what the occasion, our knowledgeable staff would love to assist in choosing from a variety of restaurants in the Springfield area. Call our office for info, pricing, and reservations.
- Celebrations – We love to celebrate special occasions. Let us assist you by ordering a bouquet of flowers, a food basket, or a fun balloon bouquet.
- Valet Dry Cleaning – Never drive out of your way again! Drop-off dry cleaning is available in our Resident Service Center. Call or visit us for details and prices.
- Vacuum Cleaner Checkout – Come by and borrow one of our vacuum cleaners anytime.
- Recreational Checkout – basketballs, pool towels.
- Change – Do you need change? We will make change up to $10.
