Application Fees
$30 per application. Any prospective resident must complete an application. Married couples may fill out one application.
Security Deposits
One Bedroom – $400*
Two Bedroom – $500*
Three Bedroom – $600*
*A portion of this will be used to restore the unit after end of tenancy.
Pet Fees
A one-time pet fee of $300 along with a monthly increase of $25 per pet, per month pet rent. No animals over 30 pounds will be accepted. Maximum of two pets per apartment home. The pet must be at least a year old. Breeds that may be prone to aggressive behavior are not allowed at Weaver Creek. Please ask if clarification is needed and to see if your pet will be approved to live at the property
Lease Terms
3 month lease or less – add $100 to lease amount per month.
6 month lease – add $50 to lease amount per month.
9 month lease – add $25 to lease amount
12 month lease – see above pricing
