 A.  5100 S. Main Ave  in Springfield Missouri 65810.

        From James River Freeway, Go South on S. Campbell Ave. about 1 mile to Weaver Rd.Turn right/west and go 1/8 mile. Turn at the first left, then turn right into the entrance of Weaver Creek Community (S. Main Ave.).

  Q.  What are Weaver Creek’s  hours?

   A.  Our office hours are  9:00 am- 7:00 p.m .Monday-Friday

                                                  10:00-2:00p.m. on Saturdays

          We have onsite leasing professionals so if our office hours don’t fit with your schedule, just let us know and will make an appointment to show you that works with your schedule.

    Q. What is included in the price of rent? 

    A.  We include Water, Sewer, Trash, Maintenance, High-Speed Internet, and Expanded Cable- all you have to worry about is your electric bill and home phone if you want it.

    Q.  What type of apartments do you offer?

     A.  We offer 1,2,and 3 bedroom apartment homes.

     Q.  Are we pet friendly?

     A.  We are pet friendly with certain restrictions. Please see our pet policy for more information.

     Q.  Do you have any move in specials?

     A.  We do offer some specials at certain times. Ask about our move-in specials on your tour.

     Q.  Is it a safe community?

     A.  Yes, we offer overnight Security Patrol for our residents and all doors have dead bolt locks.

     Q.  Do you have a pool and when will it open?

     A.  We do have a Resort Style Heated pool and spa that is usually open May through October.
