- Applicant(s) will be denied if they have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving:
- Sexual misconduct
- Illegal manufacture, sale and/or distribution of a controlled substance
- A physical crime against a person(s) or another persons property
- Automatic denial if applicant has been convicted of any felonies within the last 7 years or pertaining to violence or distribution.
