We have lots of fun at Weaver Creek, but sometimes, as in this case, we have to get serious.We attract individuals who want to be a part of a community that is friendly, courteous and respectful.Our goal it to find a way to make you a part of our community, so if you have some bumps in your credit, just started a new job, or are starting a new life and you want it to be at Weaver Creek, let us find a way for you to be our new neighbor.

Pre-lease for a future move now by placing a $150.00 deposit to guarantee a home at Weaver Creek Community!  Call the office at 417-883-9522 to secure your home and get started to “Love Where You Live!”

EMPLOYMENT:

  • Current employment must be verified through supervisor/personnel department or with your two most recent pay stubs including salary. Must be employed with company for at least a year or within the same trade if new employment.

RENTAL:

     NO EVICTIONS

     Must have previous rental or ownership history that is in good standing.

CRIMINAL HISTORY:

  • Applicant(s) will be denied if they have been convicted of a misdemeanor  involving:
    1. Sexual misconduct
    2. Illegal manufacture, sale and/or distribution of a controlled substance
    3. A physical crime against a person(s) or another persons property
  • Automatic denial if applicant has been convicted of any felonies within the last 7 years or pertaining to violence or distribution.
