Weaver Creek Community has a state of the art 24/7 fitness facility on site! This facility caters to everyone from beginners to fitness enthusiasts with upgraded cardio equipment, free weights and more. All of our equipment is commercial grade and available for your fitness needs!
Billiards and Game room:
Our Billiards and Game room is available to the resident’s after hours and features a large flat screen TV, games, billiards table and free wifi! Have an event you would like to host? You can reserve our Billiards and game room free of charge!
Business Center:
We will take care of all your technology needs in our business center. Use our computers to search the internet and take advantage of our free printing, copying and faxing! Need to host a meeting? Our resident’s have the capability to reserve this room for any needs at no charge!
Resort Style pool and Spa:
This is a community favorite! Weaver Creek Community has the only heated resort style pool and spa in Springfield, MO. This pool features a waterfall backsplash, heated jets and opens as early as April. The deck is open year round and features a large built in beef master grill for our residents to use, plus many lounging chairs for relaxing pool side.
Stand Up Tanning Bed:
Our tanning is FREE for residents and available during office hours. Weaver Creek Community has eye wear, tanning lotion and stickers to purchase for our resident’s convenience.
DVD Library:
Watch a movie from the comfort of your home! Weaver Creek Community has over a thousand DVD rentals made available to our residents at no charge with new titles added every month!
State of the Art Playground:
The Weaver Creek playground is a great place to have fun without having to go too far from home. Grab a picnic basket and blanket to lay out on while the kids play the day away!
Car Care Center:
We have a pressure washer station on site for our resident’s to take advantage of during our Spring/Summer Months.

We take pride in pampering our residents! Weaver Creek offers free gift wrapping, valet dry cleaning, selling of stamps, and will sign for your parcels when you are not home. Need a pick me up?
